yes My Opinion is: it is quite likely CEO would make a deal n have the company return the cash in order to stay out of jail.

to me it sure sounds like its possible the CEO could pay the Money back n the Fact he is Facin Jail Time would go away. Possible n very likely but its not a Fact unless it happens!
