For those that can wait about a year or so, I think the real estate market will fully recover. Of course, there are some spots where it went crazy where it may take longer. I really do not understand that market well enough to elaborate further. At $50 flat, bopped SNDK again.Minutes later took LCAV last entry off at $41.85 for $1.65.

Are you moving for a new job? Or just sick of socal life? I have the opportunity to move there soon from Michigan, but don't know if that life is for me. Seems like aot of people move to California, and then move back home after a few years. Thoughts?
