I am sorry to hear about your loss. I sincerely mean that. I don't wish harm on anyone.

I don't doubt that Ed is a smart guy which I believe I have noted on this board. He took Bob Pepper and was eventually sued and Dr. Pepper is a very smart guy. However, there are hundreds of thousands of people in state and federal prisons in the United States that are smart guys. Some of them are much smarter "smart guys" than Ed Starrs.

A smart guy and $5 gets you a large coffee at Starbucks. Honest, trustworthy, noble, committed, focused, honorable, contrite, remorseful are also qualities that any smart guy needs to run a successful company. He may have been on the smart guy line when he was born but he forgot to appear at the other tables.

Think about that.
