The have "announced" the pending completion of this "merger", what FIVE times now...without delivering...and that is AFTER they announced it was done over a year ago.
That's sure sounds deceiving to me.
Yet those that have been skeptical about this stock have been completely right all along...and will continue to be.
Harsh reality is always better than false hope.
There will be no SEC filings registering this stock. Not in 2 weeks and not ever.
