Agreement done? So the previous PR's about "closing dates" and "administrative formalities" were a lie? Lol. Maybe they got their PR's out of order and this was suppose to be the one they issued BEFORE talking about closing dates. ;-)
And what SEC stuff? Funny how he doesn't tell you what that actually is. It can't be any filings specifically for a "merger"...there are none for a non-filer....or are they AGAIN talking about registering ELGL, how many time is it now, 4 or 5 over the last three years?
Nothing, I repeat, nothing will be "filed" with the SEC in the next two weeks...or three weeks...or whenever.
This is another pump by Merle and Kaiser just like a year and a half ago and will end the same way.
Hey...maybe they will try again in a year. ;-)
