Views will differ on whether and how Tmm has been using VDK 2. But it's a little hard to understand how Dimension can complain that they have been hampered from making their IP widely known when they went to ground for years after boots up on DFMI.

Chill Bill.

You still have no clue how source code works or differences between the different versions of this codec.

Iterated couldn't get it to work, They got a clunky version to run on supercomputers that no longer exist.

Now we wait and see what TMMI can do with VDK 1.0 to 1.9. Nearly the same code they can modify

It with TMMIs Kramer sauce. Demented didn't get rights over that.

To pick up where we left off, maybe you can answer this question for me: once Tmmi withdrew all its claims with prejudice including the claim that it owned VDK 2, who was it that was alleging that there was a question of ownership over the license?

In the years prior to Tmm learning that Dimension had and was developing off the code, isn't it the case that Dimension was free to approach whoever they wanted but chose to be circumspect?
