You know as much as I do on that. What we were told is that some 50 companies had been talked to, and there was one other bidder, right?

If the reality is that nobody really got a fair chance, it seems to me our lawyers would be eating that up and use it to full advantage in proving that shareholders got the shaft. And maybe that's happening, but I haven't heard anything.

Until I do my position is that I wouldn't expect that nobody in the industry spoke up if they thought the company was being sold and they weren't being given a chance to bid, if they had wanted to. That would be odd, I think.
