Anybody understand this next to last sentence of TS's disclosure?

After the expiration of this period of five or thirty trading days, the Editor may hold, buy or sell such securities, and may cease to own any of the securities listed above.

I'm questioning the "five" as there is no mention of "five" in the previous sentences.

What I'm wondering is there a typo in the earlier sentences of the disclosure and if his no trading window for stock under 300 MM Market Cap is 5 days before and after his recommendations/changes rather 30 days before and after .

how did TS pump up to 74 cents and at the same time sell some of his shares as well??
