I have no doubt shorted shares are being dumped on the market at these levels.
They are now trying to drive price up so they can dump and go short. Why else would pps be going back up and we see some crazy trading days while accumulation continues to sink? MMs are stuck long. They will eventually have to dump and go short.
Paul has hosed this company. The company is in poor position to move forward without further dilution. Their cash position is very poor. Likely no to minimal construction revenue booked yet. Rollies is dead. Shareholder trust is gone. This will be one of the worst performing stocks on any sector rally.
