OK, so I'll add the ole "bad plea" to the PPHM, ever growing, "excuses/bad conspiracies" file drawer and cabinet. I'm gonna have to buy a 2nd cabinet pretty soon, at the rate things are "progressing" and "piling up" here.
Yepper, nothing like an ole "bad plea" to cover for all the BOD and Sr Mgt's mass failings, bad business plan execution, failure to get it right, past screw-ups, products that can't beat placebos in major trials, questionable "science" after 30 years, high priced lawyers burning cash and what not.
Just paint on a little "bad plea" cover-up coating, and "SHAZAM", it's as good as new and ready for a shiny new carrot to dangle..."fixed"...just like that....
