I guess what I was trying to say was that, the completion really has no bearing on "when" the 10K comes out.
Well,, yea it does,, Why would ya send out a 10K before having all the shares and stuff ready? Seems to me, ya have all your ducks lined up first, then release the numbers, and let the market do the rest.
merger is not complete, what are you talking about? merger is complete when SEC documents are publicly filed and CVSU shareholder's get their CSHD stock... don't forget....
