The best way to get into all the states quickly, is too use machines that can be configured to meet every states needs as far as regulations. The biometrics that are state of the art will track the sale of each product and make sure the person purchasing is identified. I know of one company that has positioned itself to take over this industry. *dbx is dead as we all know. This is the time for bold moves by the company.
