Your funny. If you epay your game and go by porst performance against company announced guidance, then you better only count on 2-4mm rev being realized from those latest projections over the next 12 months, if you are lucky. Still overpriced, But whatever. You will continue to try to convince investors it doesn't matter what they will report at the end of their fy.

Only For Bait And No Execute MO

At the end of the day, forward looking statements re: "pipeline" construction projects is TOTALLY MEANINGLESS WHEN IT COMES TO A LYING SHYSTER AND A COMPANY THAT HAS A STRONG HISTORY OF FAILURE and NOT EXECUTING.

The contracts make $0 money until construction plans are "finalized" - which, imo, a moving target since plans appear to have been continually amended. They get the other ~50% when panels are actually ordered prior to assembly.

As you've said, this novice construction company sets no deadlines for construction completion - Which means there will be year long delays for everything - like what already happened.

Delays mean delays in receiving $0.

All those "funded" or "solid" contracts could easily fall thru - since MCIG appears to have FAILED to collect/negotiate non-refundable, significant deposits PRIOR to doing any kind of work. Large deposits mean the customer is less likely to back out of deals - and more likely to want to get the construction projects completed in a timely manner.

To date, it's just all bait and no execute? When will MCIG actually release a PR and pics showing that they "completed" phase 1 for sin city and green farms?

And look at the Solaris "contract". Exactly what is Scalable doing for that project. The wording is extremely vague.

Plus, what happened to Rollie's MJ Cigarettes? The Shyster is trying to spin that they're doing got only filling services going on in Cali for Nativ and Lucy's....done over a million pre-rolls already - even though Vellum is a new NV company. My guess is that they're talking about merely selling pre-roll tubes via Blanks.

Interestingly, Lucy's has had pre-rolled MJ cigarettes w/ special packaging for over a year. Nativ also has had pre-rolled MJ cigarettes for some time too. I'm guessing that Vellum has had 0 to do with that - and Blanks only supplied the Pre-Roll TUBES.

Here's a good article about pre-rolled mj cigarettes and some of the challenges companies face.

There is no fiscal year end deadline. If shareholders believe that mCig has $9 million in solid construction contracts and is making progress on fulfilling them by or near their target completion times, then those contracts have a present value, whether they're completed by fiscal year end or show up on the 10-Q as of Oct 31. The company will not be standing still. Watch for more contracts and possibly some acquisitions in the next few months.
