If one of the 800lb gorillas wanted NEOM they would just buy em, they wouldn't waste their time trying to manipulate the share price down. A GOOG or MSFT could buy NEOM with there lunch money. I just don't buy into all the conspiracy theories when a stock falls. Just my opinion.

To achieve this, the 'patient' needs to 'appear' seriously ill but never, ever terminal. That's the job of MM's...to paint the tape (chart) as necessary to 'optimize' share trade flow based on the collective order book....and they've been at it for a long time now. YJ.
