Why do you want to know if I was in Nevada? What difference is it to you or this board? My testimony wasn't new. I've put up posts about my many meetings with Fernandez on this board.

It's interesting that you think yesterday's ruling was in play since February. I don't think most here would agree. This was not a good day for TMM and things will probably get a little worse.
