Financials extremely encouraging, Chan seems to have gone over operations with a fine tooth comb..cost of goods down big league..produced a net profit...

Obvious concern is 16vs15 quarterly indicates $300k drop in revenues..??..will check with Chan for comment.

Gut feeling is SGMD going to emphasize a new set of MJ packaging products and pump Sriracha deal..SGMD remains solid...Chan could have unloaded a big portion of his 14m+ shares any time...and didnt..His "take" still extremely reasonable..SGMD remains a dandy for patient ones!
