Quote LOL, "Wait...8.4 million shares traded today? That seems like enough to make a decent gain and get out. So, in your expert opinion, could someone buy a few million shares at .002 and double their income at .004? Seems like easy money"

WHAT?????

Um....a buyer pays the ASK, not the Bid, LOL !!

You'd never, ever, ever get a fill on a buy order on this POS, at .002, let alone for a "few million shares". Further, how does one supposedly unload the fantasy "few million shares" on the high Ask of the day, when that jacked-up Ask was by a dilution MM, who threw out less than a $100 bucks worth?

The ole "mathematics" doesn't pencil out. NOT how it "works" on a stock who's common shares are 100% under the control of toxic debt, dilution lenders (SEE ANY of the 10-Q's or 10-K, look for Magna, Daniel James, Fourth Man, etc), those toxic dilution lenders and their associated dilution MM's who control the entire Level II stack all day long, and fill who they want to fill, and ignore order they choose not to fill.

Good luck with the "easy money" part, LOL !!

Here, you can read about this company's biggest toxic note holder as of their latest 10-Q, real "nice guy". Good luck beating his trading desk or designated market maker(s)....not gonna happen IMO...and no "easy money" on the retail side, he and others like him are the only ones making the "easy money" IMO, on a sub penny POS like this one...

https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2015-03-12/death-spiral-convertible-financier-has-a-lot-of-fun

That's their guy- he holds their largest toxic, steeply discounted, floorless convertible debt as per the last two 10-Q filings. Again, good luck going up against his trades and spreads, LOL !!

Since they took on toxic debt with this guy's firm, Magna, the common shares have lost approx 99.98%, in a period of a little over ONE YEAR. Yeah, I'd like to know how one supposedly "makes easy money" via buying the Bid (LOL !) and then selling on the Ask???? Sorta works the other way around last time I checked...but hey, that's just me I guess....

Thanks for considering me an expert. LOL. My point was that only 8000 shares traded at .0034 and that was a paint, means nothing for any investor interest in USRM. USRM is not headed up. Thought that was clear.
