Out-Street: Do you really think the SEC wouldn've granted RPH and company an OTC:BB symbol soley on their "word" that an audited 10K would come? I find that hard to believe.
Sure, they merged into an OTC:BB company but that was FHAL...FRONTHAUL GROUP, INC. The SEC then granted them a NEW SYMBOL based on the NEW company Fronthaul is now comprised of...Conversion Solutions Holdings Company...CSHD.
Again, I don't think they'd just do that willy nilly w/o proof that a 10K was there and ready.
It is my belief, as RPH and company stated, that they will not release anything until the DTC is 100% done with all of the share transfers. That is not complete yet, as far as we know. Looks like TDAmeritrade Canada may be the last one then all systems clear.
