I always appreciate your posts. They are respectful and informative. I stand corrected on the MD issue.

I concur, sticking with the facts is the best approach. Would you agree that the failure of NNVC to reach any of its previously stated milestones would require a significant downward adjustment in the probability of future success?

Because they've so far failed to meet every single one of their goals, by the widest possible imaginable margins, 100% of the time for eleven years and running?!?!
