$187B was the principal. To date $250B has been repaid. Nobody is going to say this $250B is all dividend therefore none of the principal has been repaid. No judge in their right mind would buy this garbage. I think it is safe to say now in 2016-7 that warrants are cancelled. This is why Berkowitz stated in the conference call today they are in talks with the DOJ. The Commons share price would skyrocket to over $150 if the DOJ refuses to a settlement.
If these payments of 250b plus are consider dividends, then shareholders are entitled to their share of that pot.... so we need to be reimbursed with interest... then the loan will need to be paid at the original contract of 10% over 30 years.. please chime in if you have other opinions
