NAVYCMDR- do you know if anyone has generated a table or flow chart describing the possibilities (and probabilities) for common share pps that could result from resolution of the law suits and/or other action by the administration? I have seen several calculations but they are not really supported. Even in the Berkowitz notes he says "we could get $20 per share on the breach of contract claim" ,then he says later on in comparing pref vs common "if common worth a penny this is money good". Then Patswil calculates $161 and more and Ackman says $20?
I have significantly more dollars to hit the ASK with, but it would help if someone had generated a risk table for me to study.
For all the thousands of posts it is improbable or it would already have been done.
