Which acquisition are you specifically unhappy about? The 500m that was spent on YMI? VRUS (which I was critical of at the time) definitely has paid and will pay for that and a string of other flops. Overall, I'd say they have a pretty good record. M&A nowadays happens at earlier stages and is inherently more risky.
