Might be interesting if that was really pinksheets.com but notice there is otc added to the URL before the .com. But in fact, the fact is that MMs don't always follow the rules and ergo the huge fines NITE has paid. Can you show me any source such as NASD or SEC or even the Pink Sheets that states that when they are not representing bids/asks (their MM id doesn't show on the Pink Sheets for that stock's symbol), they can't hit bids? Can you remember when UBSS was suspiciously absent for long periods from PAIM, and times when its name was there without a bid or ask?
