Nice reminder and post re: new funds that just picked up/increased PPHM holdings. I have never ever before see a biotech stock be dropped from the Russell and yet....remains at the same level of IIs as before being dropped. KCM which I have hounded on before is that reason
That speaks volumes about an anomaly such as that....it never happens and if anyone finds a biotech stock that has accomplished the impossible as Peregrine just did....I would be curious
