Grocery is a True Story:

http://www.frugalhotspot.com/2016/03/costco-weekend-update-march-4-2016-march-6-2016/

A few days ago, I said, "Any capital raised could even go to paying for shelving space in big and small grocery chains to get the product on the shelf. It's hard to get on those shelves without the right connections and the money when you are a small guy."

It appears Caie Foods is ALSO a "new item" at Costco as of March this year when we first got the filing that Caio wants to go public. In the link above, it was photographed in a refrigerated case.

So we have 28,000 ft. commissary, the brand in at least one grocery store (possibly a test product in a few stores of just one chain in worse-case scenario), and a café branded the same way and with a website made by the same web designer.

Oh, look here (I'm searching as I'm typing). They were in at least 3 Costco locations as noted here: " Our products are high quality and have been proving them selves in 3 Costco divisions, including Hawaii."

They have history and they know how to get on shelves. Obviously, they want capital to scale this.
