There are premanufactured homes that consist of standard building products , I.e. wood, vinyl, steel, glass....they are manufactured in one location and shipped to another location , been around for decades, you've probably seen them going down the road on tractor trailers, usually in portions as they are too big to ship as a unit...my contracting company wired over 200 of them in West point a couple years ago...had nothing to do with pre-cast concrete walls....those are and have been used in commercial and industrial buildings for decades as well, what this company is supposedly doing is not new technology...read what they are saying (rebar in concrete)(Google "pre-fab concrete walls) and see how many companies are already doing it and have been for years and years....the property they are supposed to be developing sounds great, but the money they are talking about will prep site and build plant to build walls, but won't install the first house.....so, yes pre-manufactured home sales may be increasing as it is a cheaper alternative, however doesn't relate to pre-fab concrete homes
