Con, I think you must mean we have low daily volume..because 1M will be very low volume vs 20 Million shares per day ...remember March of 2014 when we had High volume when PPHM rose to $3 ?

That was on no news and what do you think will happen when some surprise news comes our way?

PPHM will be moving fast up ...as anyone who may be short will wish they were not.

Yup. If IB says 5 million available, then that means total among all brokers, not just through them.

otcshortreport is a "Click-Bait" misrepresenting meaningless short "volume" as short "interest/sales", which is posted by NASDAQ here:

Short volume means nothing. The OTCshortreport is absolute pump garbage, zero value of any kind. Actual short interest is reported, it is all currently in the money, zero need to cover, zero Reg Sho concerns, hovering about .02 above 52 week lows, $1+ below highs, RS pending, hence, the continued inevitable drop in PPS. 5,000,000 available to short at IB if interested...not sure about other brokers.
