I like your enthusiasm but there are two sides to any partnership and both must agree to the terms. I've seen enough deals blow up to know nothing is every done till its done.

I do think Leo will get a deal done but there is a reason why CTIX is a penny stock - most investors only see risk (mistaking it for volatility). I and the other longs see opportunity.

My only question is when a partnership is announced, do we gap up a few bucks, or does this thing rise by the penny?


Because it would suck to be in this thing for so long, and then find out you could have gotten in when the deal was announced.

Early investors should be rewarded with a big gap up.

Stock usually moves well ahead of good news. Now would be the time to accumulate if one believes a partnership is going to happen.
