As far as the NM plated trucks go (or from any other states other than IL, IN, or FL) these will be independant owner operators hauling for Pro Star. We make more money in the end as the owner-operators are not employees, per se. From what I understand, the company began to shift harder towards this model in May of this year. Ive met several owner operators who reside in suburban Illinois. Some of these drivers even lease the trucks from Pro Star directly. We have company owned trucks driven by employees, company owned trucks leased by owner operators and owner operators with their own equipment hauling for us. As far as UPS goes, yes, the Florida boys hauled for UPS prior to them coming on board. We still do. I have it on good authority the Orlando operation is running 75+ trucks from that base now. One thing to remember, logistics firms are ALWAYS looking to move loads. We work with them to provide the trucks for those loads. We can and do go anywhere based on the work tossed our way. Pro Star has steady clients as well that contract directly with us.

Getting back to Florida, my belief is we are doing some international cargo shipping from the airport in Tampa. Something else I'm checking on is a new relationship with Amazon. The have 2 huge distribution centers in Florida.

Like I posted the other day, we have almost a million in notes coming due Nov 23rd. If you read some of the provisions which would trigger early conversion, its not too suprising the company has said nothing and has held on to financials... I dont know what Magna will end up getting in the end.. Cash. Stock, a combo of both... Dont know...I am pretty sure Sasson cares a little less about us right about now... The boxing movie he helped produce, Bleed For This, opens soon... We're very small potatoes for Magna, now...
