The question never was about the validity, value, or potential for bremelanotide. There is no doubt that once ALL the secondary endpoints have been reported that there won't be some sort of JV or buyout resulting in a windfall of some kind.

However, the question is, and remains, as to whether or not the shareholders will reap the same benefits. Carl et al, has one priority and that is to see that bremelanotide makes it to market. Rest assured that we shareholders are nothing more than a means to an end in achieving that goal. Diluting us to maintain a cash flow until achieving that goal WILL happen if it is needed. Not suggesting that it's sinister, illegal, or wrong- it's just business.

You are spot on ! I believe that the secondary endpoints will be met, and that PTN can have a great "hand" in negotiations for a BO or JV -

With Addyi being a total loser compared to BREM - Spana can start at a billion dollars (VRX's buyout price) and see where it goes.
