The filings coming here will be filed on OTC Markets not the SEC

How is cancelling shares NOT good for any stock? Makes NO sense to me at all. The process if the CEO has the certificate is to return it to the T/A with signature and authorization. T/A then cancels the certificate. If he does not have the certificate then he has to do a letter of instruction with the T/A cancelling the shares.
