Assuming PMCB is even talking to the FDA, go back and look at the studies they would be submitting as pre-clinical data. There was no attempt to measure how much of the prodrug was activated in the first pass through the liver, before it ever got to the pancreas. Also missing was a control arm with a low dose, and without the cat-in-a-box.
