Low cannabinoid concentrations increase tumor progression, high concentrations reduce cancer cell proliferation. And exactly why would cell-in-a-box (cat-in-the-hat) even bee needed? The liver would convert any pro-drug given in a high dose quite nicely. Systemic toxic effects of cannabinoids is not a consideration.

Also for the ifosfamide, there is no evidence measurements of how much the liver converted on the first pass, before it ever got to the site were conducted. It's an annoying question the FDA will be asking.
