You do realize that whoever the owner(s) is, they will need the cooperation of the original Tubercin patent owner to do a thing in the marketplace.
If it is of any value - the Shapiro Tubercin creation - it could well be valuable. Particularly if it makes the original obsolete. Big 'if'.
Anyway - cooperation WOULD be the best solution - common ownership, too - but I see none of it happening here in this dog eat dog, home invading farce.
