fuagf -- I'm not much for major earthquake risk myself -- wouldn't live in the Bay Area, for example -- major tornado risk, the sky going crazy, OK, I can even make a hobby of that -- but the ground itself going crazy and busting up built-up stuff through a whole area/region? -- uhh, no thanks
