The dispensaries/growers can't afford to finance a construction project that will not yield product for them for maybe a year out. Be serious! ACAN needs project financing dollars and in a hurry. Nothing else matters and nothing else needs to be said. I wish you good luck with your decisions. I hope ACAN gets its money. Until then I see no value here. GLTA.
