makes that even worse .. the only penalty under the law i can think was Bill's temporary suspension to practice law for fudging his truth about the Lewinsky consenting adults thing ..
So as a result Trump's victory was basically rooted in despair, vitriol and unmitigated, unwarranted hate .. real current issues and policy substance basically be damned.
Oh and the help it gave to GOP control of both houses, of course, too.
