These pennies always act exactly the opposite way you think they should. Lots and lots of inexperienced emotional herd mentality investors. They follow which direction the price goes...and in this case these major catalysts sometimes take huge giant falls. I have got caught in this BS numerous times in the last 10 years. I thought I would be on the sidelines for this one and wait it out and see what happened this morning. I was lucky it acted exactly as I expected and I was able to get some CNAB on the cheap. The next few days I am pretty curious on what will happen. Are people going to take their money and run like they did in 2013-2014 and come back when the states that legalized are ready to start selling or will this just keep going....hard to tell.
