I really don't think they can receive the audited financials by weeks end; they only recently started talking about the current balance sheet. Do you suppose that it too will have to be revised given the transfer of assets? Also, do they not have to submit a retained earnings statement that reflects share structure along with cash flows and all of the accompanying notes that justify the entire package?

Once this is all turned over, it seems that it would take more than 1 week. I certainly like to think these were already turned to PWC.

Yep, I think so too. Audited financials are no doubt done and ready to go, Steve and Co are just waiting for the best time to drop the bomb, otherwise IMHO the big companies wouldn't have been so interested just yet---certainly not to the point they are. All the pieces are falling into place, and IMHO Steve doesn't seem to want to drag feet any more than they absolutely have to and neither does Wessal or anyone associated with this for that matter--- simply because time is money---Dubai waits for no-one!

Assets will also arrive in Nevada by this Friday, Aug 18.

Once we get the last of those wanting to add or get onboard the boat this week (and shorty to cover! LOL), I suspect things are going to shift and start heading up. JMHO, do your own DD and do not buy based on my speculation and opinions.

Bob, it is going to be touch and go but because everything else has been reported to be done the asset valuation for the balance sheet completion is the only number to put into the computer! After that we need the accounting firm to write the accounting, I AGREE, letter and then the filings go in! IMHO, yes Friday is the date I am personally targeting!
