It is 500 million o/s but now lets get to the breakdown. 100 million owned by past CEO--restricted, 200 Million for reverse merger to Sulja--restricted. That leaves 200 million in the float! Why do you people keep clouding the skys by not posting all the details of the 500 million o/s? Soon another 300 million will be added for the next reverse merger again restricted! Therefore the float is 200 million! Simple!
