Dustin, thanks so much for posting this. It helped me remember our connection with Germany in the tire recycling business: (From IBox: CONTRACT w/INTEC INUSTRIES IN BERLIN TIRE RECYCLING). This HUGE German cement conglomerate may be a better possibility yet for our procurement of cement in Eastern Europe than CEMEX or TITAN:

Of course, it may well be none of these, but just wanting to throw out some possibilities. I guess this will come to light soon enough. Needless to say, with the enormity of the proposed UAE projects, it will have to be one of the giants in the industry.
