I agree, as every company from PAIV to PAIM have stated a projected PPS and have made their mark or else from the SEC.
It will occur here as stated or Rufus and his executives will be on the hook to the SEC and Federal prosecutors period, IMO it will occur so why pick in choose statements.
It isn't if you consider the business model. Perhaps it is wordplay, but he is looking to build long term wealth and wants shareholders that share that vision.
