you nailed it. company updated the OS 10/31 on OTC markets: 131,952,312... tiny.

count the volume bars since the update and the OS has to be nearly unchanged.

is ABCE sitting on an 8-K for a few days, before the party starts? wouldn't be the first time imo. this feels like the calm before the storm. :-)
