Anytime any stock runs over 7,000% in Less than a Month You can expect short sellers to POUNCE. IMO, with the amount of Shorting Going on, OWCP staying in the mid-teens is Great, they cannot Cover where they want to, which is most likely under .10 was what these shorters thought they could do...

BUT OWCP is too Strong and Now they are Going to be Forced to Cover, watch what happens then...
