Thanks for posting. I'm am absolutely amazed by this case of the week using the CytoSorb filter.

Here's an 80+ year old with so many issues, intestinal gangrene, wall rupture, peritonitis, goes into full septic shock and multi-organ failure. Liver shuts down. Gets connected to the dialysis machine and goes into cardiac arrest with no pulse. 5-minute heart massage.

They do 2 treatments. Liver function rapidly improves.

4 months later, the man is back at home, having recovered.
