I am just going buy what Bill Howe said in the christian investors network..

Its very obvious what they have in mind and it is not reckless whatsoever.

Why don't you explain how some one like yourself would benefit when your position is down over 70 percent.

Even if you were being offered a double you would still be loosing money while the free traders could make money.

I don't see this as good for the long term and still doesn't lower share count only re distributes it.

They won't be offering you a cash price just a covertable share price..

Very risky .....
