That 45% capital gains tax rate has a .0000000001% chance

If there is any change to more taxes on capital gains - it would be a return to RR days of normal income

(my preference is leave the rate the same but require three year's ownership to not be ordinary income)

Doubt Captial Gains would ever see that outrageous number. Not without being able to write off all losses for the year meaning no cap of 3,000 max for the year. No way they will let that idiot female get away with that especially on Wall Street. No one would risk there money any more. To much risk to have it all stolen away.
All the wrong policies for all the wrong reasons. The more people working the less taxes are needed.
We need to put people back to work to have lower taxes. We need to kick this economy in the ass before it's to late. Massive change new ideas not the same O same O.
