If you look at the timing on the previous releases of their financials, December 15th 2015 was the date of the last 10-K. Thus far, they've been consistent with releasing 10-Qs in both 2015 and 2016 in the months of May and July. I wouldn't be surprised if we have to wait another 49 days for the filing.
