IMO no take off today. Market is willing to wait for the news. Probably concerned that news will not be huge now that we were told that the INS was the mega news and not convinced that the next news will be revenue #s or something really substantial. I posted that I thought we graduated from that phase but I stand corrected after last overly agressive pullback. We need some really good news. Even then the market may not be smart enough to know it is really good. INS case in point.
