"WMIH will get 2.5 %" is not correct.It gets 2.5% of the recovery claims (litigation and other claims).
It wont get 2.5% of the assets...IMO.

Thank God I sold off 200000 UQs & bought Ps & Ks but still kept 100000 of them UQs under that tremendous pressure on the MB to sell Commons and move into Preferreds & Hs.(especially from a Guy called 'Gibson'!)... is was very confusing those days, The "Fog of War" as they say...My last Ps, I bought in in $14+ range when the Hedgies were selling them away to avoid Insider trading charges...
